I specialize in providing a holistic and integrated approach to concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, parenting, and relationship concerns.
I am trained in mindfulness-based approaches, somatic psychotherapy, play therapy, yoga, energy psychology, sandtray and art, as well as traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (including dialectical behavior therapy and exposure therapy). I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults.
With children, I use play therapy, sandtray, somatic experiencing, and art to explore concerns such as . Grief . Family transitions . Behavior issues . Bullying . Self-esteem . Anxiety . Trauma
Through these gentle and creative methods, children are able to explore emotions, discover their strengths, and build coping skills.
In addition to my private practice, I have provided services to the non-profit sector for the past two decades.
