Rosalia Vazquez is a bilingual master level clinical social worker with licenses as a social worker supervisor, a chemical dependency counselor, and a certification as a Register Play Therapist Supervisor. For thirty one years, she has served the Houston community as a psychotherapist, presenter, educator, and program developer. She developed the program Encuentro, an educational program for Hispanic chemical dependent families. She helped to develop The Amanecer program, an outpatient program for families involved with substance abuse and CRADLES, a case management program . Moreover, she developed support services for families of hearing impaired children. At the present time, she works at El Centro Corazon am she is the owner of Phoenix Bilingual Counseling were she is seeing clients in her private practice.
Rosalia is a former member of USADance. She competed as a ballroom dancer and won several awards. She also helped with the Foundation for Fighting Blindness Gala in 2011.
