My theoretical orientation which I have had additional training in includes: Play Therapy/ Sand Tray, Dollhouse Play, Puppet Play, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT & TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based, and School Link Programs. I enjoy working with children as young as 4 years old, adolescents, adults, and families. I have provided individual, family, and group therapies. I have worked with number of diverse individuals and families focusing with all forms of mental health concerns. I believe in providing a caring, supportive, and client-centered environment, while offering effective therapeutic interventions to help children, adults, and families manage their mental health symptoms, so they can live a more happy and healthier lifestyle.
